Paul graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1995, and transitioned into Caterpillar in 2000, where he stayed for 13 years.  For CGN, Paul is working with Caterpillar as a Continuous Product Improvement Black Belt.

What M/V experience have you brought to CGN Global?
Paul graduated from Space & Missile Training in 1996 and served as a Nuclear Weapons Launch Officer at F.E. Warren Air Force Base.  Furthermore, Paul was in charge of training and standards/evaluation of all crewmembers, facility maintainers, missile launch facilities, and site food operations.

Past military history:

Paul attended USMT from 1995 to 1996. From there, he served as Deputy Combat Crew Commander, from 1996 to 1997. He soon became a Combat Crew Commander and eventually, both, a flight instructor and Senior Flight Commander.

Advice to service members transitioning to civilian life:
Do your best to have someone “civilianize” your résumé.

Start looking and developing a network much earlier than 6 months out.

Find a company that supports veterans and reserve programs if that is something that you desire to do.
